Our Methodology
We have adopted a pragmatic methodology, with the use of latest technology, to make optimum use of the best and experienced personnel and younger engineers. Our methodology has proven to deliver quality results at very reasonable costs, which can be passed on to our customers.
Primarily we are a team of specialists based in the UK and Middle-east but, we also work with carefully chosen partners around the world to win work or hire the local expertise.We have formed professional alliance in India to establish a high value execution centre. We also endeavour to set-up a local support centre in the same geographical location as our client as soon as we win the work.
All our specialists are educated to degree level and have more than 15 years of relevant experience; a good proportion of which, have Masters qualification and in excess of 20 years of work experience.
Our methodology is to involve senior and principal consultants in setting the scope of work, methodology, assumptions, analysing the assessments and software results and framing the conclusions and recommendations. Our younger work force comprises of professionals from recent graduates to people with 2-10 years of work experience and is extensively tapped for manpower intensive tasks such as literature surveys, running the models, body of the reports etc.
Each report or preparation for any review is carefully peer - reviewed with an aim to deliver a quality and cost-effective solution.
